I explore the fine line between the serious and the sublime woven with symbolic elements that question female identity and late capitalist culture.

I use collages on Mylar transparencies that start as line drawings. They are then overlaid with paint, cut-outs of prints, contact paper, colored pencils, glitter, images from fashion magazines, National Geographic magazine, and other media sources.
