Through symbols, forms, and linework, I create a vocabulary based on moment to moment thought patterns of the inner mapping of my mind. Meditative, reflective moments of changing mind states take the viewer on a celestial and terrestrial journey inward. These floating other-worldly realms invoke the viewer’s imagination beyond what is seen on the surface of the painting to a place of refuge.
